The Birdsville Track is one of Australia’s most legendary dirt roads. The 517 kilometres track was a 19th century stock route between Birdsville in south-western Queensland and Marree, a small town in the north-eastern part of South Australia. This iconic journey starts in Adelaide and travels through time to discover the wonders of the Flinders Ranges, Lake Eyre, Eromanga – home to Australia’s largest dinosaur fossils, the Strzelecki Track and Broken Hill. You even get to see where the renowned Burke & Wills expedition met their tragic end in 1861 and stay in the Birdsville Pub on this amazing Australian road trip!
